Adventure Parks & High Ropes in Norwich

Norwich has a proper cluster of these close to the centre. Whitlingham Adventure is barely out of town for sailing, paddleboarding and raft building, Highball Climbing Centre has ropeless routes from age 6 for £8.50, and Highball's neighbour High Altitude Trampoline Park does a toddler-only bounce for under-5s. Head out a bit further and there's Hautbois Activity Centre on the River Bure with kayaking and a zipwire through the trees, built more for school groups than a family turning up on the day. For the very young, stick close in: the trampoline park's toddler sessions or Congo Rapids Jurassic Adventure golf from £8.25 both suit small legs. Older kids and teenagers get more out of Highball's harder routes, or a longer trip out to King's Lynn for ExTREEme Adventure's quad biking, which is 16+ and starts at £80. Everything above is outdoors bar the trampoline park and Richardson's Play & Bowl in Great Yarmouth, so keep an indoor option in your back pocket for a wet day.
