ABOUT HUDDLEPIN

Built by a Nottingham dad who got tired of ropey listicles.

Every “family days out near me” search returns the same recycled lists, written by people who've never been, padded with places that shut years ago. Huddlepin exists because Nottingham parents deserve better: a guide where someone has actually stood in the car park, paid the entry fee and queued for the café.

That someone is Craig, a dad from Nottingham who visits every place on this site, writes it up honestly, and sends the best of it to local parents every Thursday in the Weekender.

01

We actually go

Every place on Huddlepin has been visited in person, usually with kids in tow. If we haven't been, it isn't listed.

02

Honest write-ups

If the café is overpriced or the car park fills by ten, we say so. Trust is the whole product.

03

Details parents need

Prices, ages, buggy access, baby change, parking. The stuff you check before you commit a Saturday to somewhere.

04

One city at a time

We launch a city only when we can do it properly. Nottingham first, Derby next. Done right, not fast.
