What it’s like

A dinosaur park with a 107 metre tubing slide, high ropes and splash zone, all built around life-size animatronics.

The animatronic dinosaurs are the obvious draw, dotted through three themed lands so you're walking among them rather than just looking. From there it splits into proper doing: the UK's longest outdoor tubing slide at 107 metres, an aerial high ropes course with zip lines and traverses, a splash zone with jets and tipping buckets in season, and multi-level indoor soft play for when the weather or the little legs give out. There are live shows and character encounters too, and the ticket covers all of it, no extra charge for individual rides once you're through the gate.

Most families stay 4 to 6 hours, which tells you this isn't a quick stop. Pricing is height-based, not age-based, and it's the fairest system going: under 90cm gets in for £2 regardless of how old they are, while everyone taller pays adult or concession rates. Those rates jump a fair bit on peak days (weekends, holidays), so booking online a day ahead saves real money over turning up at the gate, even with the small transaction fee.

Food is sorted with several outlets doing hot meals and snacks, and picnics are allowed too, including an indoor picnic area for grey days. Parking is free and there are accessible spaces near the entrance, though the road up to the site (the B1535) isn't one to walk along, so you'll want a car, taxi or bike for that last stretch.

Tickets are non-refundable, which stings if plans change, though the Rainy Day Guarantee gets you a free return visit if the weather turns on the day. Term-time Toddler Thursdays bring the adult price right down, worth flagging if you've got a pre-schooler and some flexibility on when you go.

Plan your visit

How much does it cost?

It runs on height, not age. Under 90cm is £2 whatever the day, adults are £15 off-peak and £22 at peak times (weekends and holidays), with concessions for seniors, disabled visitors and partner members.

Do we need to book ahead?

Booking online a day or more in advance gets you the best price and guarantees your date. Gate prices are higher and there's no guarantee of getting in on busy days without booking.

Is there a booking fee?

A small transaction fee of £1 to £1.50 gets added at checkout when you book online, the exact amount depends on the season.

How long should we plan for?

Most families spend 4 to 6 hours here, so it's an easy full-day plan rather than a quick visit.

What's included in the ticket?

Everything: the splash zone, indoor adventure play, high ropes, the tubing slide, swing rides, the dinosaur trail and the theatre shows all come under one admission price.

Can we bring a picnic?

Picnics are welcome, with an indoor picnic area and an undercover space if the weather's against you.

What if it rains?

There's a Rainy Day Guarantee, a free return visit if the weather turns on your day. A weather transfer to a new date can also be arranged for a £2 admin fee.

Is parking free?

Yes, parking's free on site with accessible spaces close to the main entrance.

Can I get a refund if plans change?

Tickets are non-refundable, but you can change your date via Guest Services up to 48 hours before your visit.

Is it good for a toddler?

Under 90cm gets in for £2, and term-time Toddler Thursdays bring the adult price down to £10, which makes it a lot more affordable for a family with a small one.

How do we get there if we don't drive?

It's near Lenwade, off the A47 and A1067. The final stretch of road, the B1535, isn't safe for walking, so arrive by car, taxi or bicycle rather than on foot.

Are wheelchairs available?

Manual wheelchairs are free to use, though availability is limited, and mobility scooters can be hired for £10 a day. Unaccompanied wheelchair users may need some assistance in the lower park.
