What it’s like
Bumper bowling, indoor-outdoor adventure golf and soft play under one roof, with dodgems and a full arcade to soak up whatever's left of the day.
Bowling's the obvious starting point, and they've clearly thought about the younger ones: ramps to push the ball down, lighter balls and bumpers so it doesn't disappear into the gutter every go. They reckon two years old is fine to start bowling, though that's really a call for whoever's supervising, since someone needs to be on hand every time a ball or a lane approach is involved.
After that there's eighteen holes of adventure golf split between indoors and out, which is handy if the weather turns halfway round. Soft play covers ages one to eight (under 149cm), so it sits apart from the bigger-kid stuff, and the dodgems are firmly for the taller ones, 1.1m minimum with an adult riding along under 18s. The arcade is the bit that eats the spare twenty minutes before you leave, shoot-em-ups, race simulators, dancing machines, pool tables and those gashapon machines that'll have your kid rattling round for coins.
Food comes from Clyde's Bar & Grill or the café, and you can get it sent straight to your lane, which saves the faff of queuing mid-game. No outside food or drink is allowed in, and they're upfront that they can't guarantee anything's free from nuts or other allergens, so flag it with staff first if that matters to you.
Booking is required, and if you're after a birthday party they want at least a week's notice, so this isn't a same-day plan. Kids parties bundle in bowling, food and gifts, while the adult version adds VIP lanes, tokens, dodgems and a bar area if you fancy making a night of it.

Plan your visit
Do we need to book ahead?
Booking is required, so it's not a turn-up-and-play visit.
How much does it cost?
Not something we can put a figure on here, best to check what's on offer when you book.
What age can kids start bowling?
They suggest from two years old, with ramps and lighter balls to help, but it's really up to whoever's supervising.
Is there something for a toddler?
Soft play covers ages one to eight and under 149cm, kept separate from the bigger attractions.
Can younger kids go on the dodgems?
Only if they're over 1.1m, and under-18s need an adult riding with them.
What's on for food?
Clyde's Bar & Grill and a café, with food and drink deliverable straight to your bowling lane. Outside food and drink isn't allowed in.
What about allergies?
They can't guarantee any food is free from nuts, seeds or other allergens, so tell staff about any dietary needs before you order.
How far ahead do we need to book a birthday party?
At least a week. Kids parties include bowling, food and gifts, adult ones add VIP lanes, tokens and a bar area.
Is it accessible for wheelchairs?
Yes, they say the venue is accessible with equipment for most needs, and carers are asked to call ahead to arrange the visit.
