What it’s like
Book a slot to walk an alpaca, meet the goats and sheep, then say hello to giant bunnies and guinea pigs.
This is a booked experience, not a farm you wander round. You pick a slot, turn up for it, and spend your time walking alpacas across the fields, handling goats and sheep, and dropping into the Giant Bunny Experience and Guinea Pig World. Under-10s share an alpaca with an adult rather than leading their own, which makes sense once you picture a five-year-old holding a lead rope alone in a muddy field.
The fields are uneven and often properly muddy, so pushchairs and wheelchairs are both ruled out for safety. That's a real limit if you've got a baby in tow or need wheeled access, and there's no way round it given the terrain. Everyone in your group needs to be steady on their feet.
Booking is locked in once made. There's no changing your date or time afterwards, so check the calendar properly before you pay, and tickets aren't refundable or transferable either. You can bring food for afterwards, but even that needs booking ahead as they get busy and can't do unplanned picnics.
You can't just show up on spec. It's appointment only, every visit, which suits a planned birthday outing better than a spontaneous rainy Tuesday.

Plan your visit
Can we just turn up and look around?
No, it's appointment only for booked experiences. Turning up without a booking means they can't fit you in.
Can my child walk their own alpaca?
Under 10s share an alpaca with an accompanying adult. Over 10s can lead their own but an adult still walks alongside supervising.
Can we bring a pushchair or use a wheelchair?
Neither is allowed. The fields are muddy and uneven, so it's not considered safe for either.
Can we change our booking date?
Changes of date or time are offered under any circumstances, so it's worth being sure of your plans before booking.
Can we have a picnic there?
You can bring your own food for after the experience, but it needs booking well in advance. Unplanned picnics aren't permitted.
