What it’s like
Wall-to-wall trampolines, a foam pit and an inflatable wrecking ball, with sessions booked in one or two hour blocks.
The trampolines are the obvious pull, but it's the extras that'll get talked about on the way home. There's a foam pit for bouncing into, an inflatable wrecking ball to knock each other off a platform with, drift trikes, bumper cars and a penalty shootout zone. Younger children get their own under-5s area away from the big jumps, so a toddler and a ten-year-old can both be occupied without one flattening the other.
You book a one or two hour slot, and turning up on spec costs more than booking ahead, sometimes by a few quid, sometimes more. A standard hour is £15 booked in advance or £17 as a walk-in, and under-5s get their own cheaper rate. There's also a stack of themed sessions worth knowing about: Toddler Time for the smaller ones, an ASD and Disability session at a lower price, After Dark for older kids and teens, Sunday Funday, Green Wednesdays and a Flip n Feast slot that bundles in food. Whichever you go for, they want you there 30 minutes before your session starts for check-in, which is a bit of a faff if you've driven straight from school pickup and are already cutting it fine.
Grip socks are compulsory for bouncing, no exceptions, so budget for those if you don't own a pair already. Sessions often sell out, particularly at weekends and in the holidays, and the site is upfront that booking ahead is really the only way to guarantee a spot rather than turning up and hoping. Opening hours vary a fair bit by day, term time weekdays start later and finish earlier than weekends or holidays, so it's worth having the right day's hours in your head before you plan the trip.
There's a café on site doing food, drink and coffee, and party packages run from a basic bronze option with pizza and squash up to a gold package with party bags and a return pass thrown in.
