What it’s like
Aztec-themed adventure golf, high ropes and a lakeside café, with the inflatable aqua park back for summer 2026.
The 18-hole adventure golf course is the bit you can do right now, weaving past a crashed plane, a wooden bridge and water features around a mock Aztec temple. It's £7.50 online or £9.50 if you just turn up, and under-3s play free, so booking ahead actually saves you real money rather than just queue-jumping. Toddlers from 2 can join in, though the site is upfront that 5 of the 18 holes aren't fully wheelchair accessible, which is worth knowing if that matters to your group.
Older kids and anyone wanting a proper physical challenge should look at the High Ropes Aerial Adventure Course or Neon Heights, which comes in at £22.50 online. Sessions run to a tight hour, and there's a strict 15-minute check-in window, miss it and you might not get on the course at all, so don't dawdle over the car park.
The inflatable Aqua Park, with its climbing towers and slides, along with kayaks, paddleboards and pedalo hire, is closed for the season and doesn't reopen until summer 2026. When it does run, you'll need to swim 25 metres confidently and be at least 122cm tall to get on it, and sessions start with a 30-minute wetsuit and briefing slot before the hour itself. There's a junior version for 4 to 7 year olds too. No flip-flops or dangly jewellery on the golf course, and dogs aren't allowed anywhere on site.
Parking's free, with overflow at Webbs of Wychbold if it's rammed, and there are two licensed cafés including one overlooking the lake if you fancy sitting down after all that putting. Picnics are fine in the designated area, and birthday parties get their own room with indoor and outdoor seating.

Plan your visit
How much does it cost?
Adventure golf is £7.50 online or £9.50 if you walk up, with under-3s free. Neon Heights and the aqua park are £22.50 a person when it's running.
Do we need to book?
Booking online is cheaper for the golf and gets you a guaranteed slot for the ropes course. Walk-ups are possible but you're paying more for the privilege.
Is the aqua park open?
Not right now, it's closed for the season and due back in summer 2026. Boat hire and open water swimming are shut for the same reason.
How long does a session last?
An hour on the course itself, but you're asked to arrive 30 minutes early for kit and a safety briefing. There's a 15-minute check-in window, so turning up late risks missing your slot entirely.
Is there a minimum age or height for the aqua park?
You need to swim 25 metres confidently with a buoyancy aid and be at least 122cm tall. There's a Splash Squad junior version for 4 to 7 year olds when the aqua park is open.
What happens if it rains?
Rain doesn't stop sessions going ahead. Lightning does, and if it doesn't clear you'll get an alternative slot, a reschedule within the year, or a gift card.
Is there parking?
Free parking on site, with overflow at Webbs of Wychbold when it's busy.
Is it wheelchair accessible?
Reception, ramps, disabled toilets and changing rooms are all in place, and wheelchair users get free entry to the adventure golf if paying for a companion. The golf course itself has 5 holes out of 18 that aren't fully accessible though.
What about food?
Two licensed cafés on site, including The Boat Shack overlooking the lake, or you can bring a picnic to the designated area.
Can we bring the dog?
No, dogs aren't allowed anywhere at Upton Warren.
Do you do birthday parties?
In the Lakeside Room, which has both indoor and outdoor seating.
What do we need to bring for the aqua park?
A wetsuit and buoyancy aid are provided, but bring flip flops or sliders for the gravel track, a hat, sun cream and a towel. You can bring your own wetsuit if you'd rather.
