What it’s like

There's no big frame to fall off here, which is rather the point. Instead you get wooden playhouses and market stalls, small climbing structures, balance beams and a ball pit, plus Big Blue Blocks for building whatever your kid's imagination lands on that day. Babies and younger toddlers get their own designated zone with soft mats, play arches and baby swings, tucked away from the bigger kids' chaos, along with sensory stations for the ones who just want to poke things and see what happens.
Drop-in is £10.80 a head, which adds up fast if you're going every week, so the £43.20 monthly membership starts to make sense if soft play is a regular fixture for you. It's open daily from 9am to 4pm, and there are classes running through the week too, everything from ballet to classical music to mindfulness, if you fancy turning a soft play trip into something a bit more structured.
Food is handled through a snack shop selling healthy snacks, coffee and tea, but there's no food deliveries allowed and it's a strictly nut-free space, so leave the packed lunch with peanut butter sandwiches at home. Birthday parties happen at weekends only, in two-hour slots either morning or afternoon, and the party packages aren't cheap at £198 or £299, though they do include the room, balloon decor, and someone else doing the tidying up for once.
One thing worth knowing before you book a party: it is non-refundable, and if you need to reschedule that will cost you £90. Worth being sure of your date before you commit.
