What it’s like
Bouncing across trampolines, foam pits and a dodgeball arena, with a toddler-only session for the under-fours.
The main hall is wall-to-wall trampolines linked into foam pits, a tumble track and an airbag, plus a dodgeball arena and battle beam for the ones who fancy knocking each other off something. There's a traverse climbing wall and a ninja assault course too, and the inflatable slide and air mountain are the bits most kids clock first and want saved for last. Regular jump sessions are for age 4 and up; under that, Jump Junior sessions give toddlers and a parent the space to bounce off the softer walls without bigger kids flying past.
A one-hour peak session runs £15.50, dropping to £13.50 off-peak (weekday term-time afternoons), and two hours costs £22 or £18.50 off-peak. Toddler sessions are £9.50. Grip socks are compulsory, £3 a pair, though they're yours to keep and bring back next time. Sessions fill up, so booking ahead is the sensible move; there are some walk-in spaces but no guarantee of a slot if you just turn up. Arrive twenty minutes early too, since latecomers lose their place in the session.
Everyone jumping has to have a waiver signed, done by a parent if you're under 18, and it covers you for a year once it's sorted. Adults not bouncing can sit it out in the upstairs café rather than pay to jump. No food or drink comes in from outside bar baby food, so budget for eating there if you're staying a while. Birthday parties run 1.5 hours with food, drink, socks and a party host thrown in, from £18 to £21 a head, though you won't get the whole centre to yourselves since other jumpers are still bouncing around you.

Plan your visit
How much does it cost?
£15.50 an hour at peak times, £13.50 off-peak. Two hours is £22 peak or £18.50 off-peak, and toddler sessions are £9.50.
Do we need to book?
Booking online is the safer bet since sessions fill up fast, especially at weekends. There are a few walk-in spaces but they're not guaranteed.
How old does my child need to be?
Four and up for the regular jump sessions. Under that, there are Jump Junior toddler sessions built for that age with a parent alongside.
What are grip socks and do we have to buy them?
They're compulsory, £3 a pair, and you keep them to reuse on later visits. Lost yours? Reception sells them at the desk too.
Can we bring our own food?
Outside food and drink isn't allowed in, aside from baby food. The café upstairs covers everyone else.
What if we're late?
You lose your slot in that session. They suggest arriving twenty minutes early to get sorted and signed in.
Do I need to sign anything?
A waiver, for everyone jumping. Parents sign for anyone under 18, and it covers you for twelve months once it's done.
Can older kids jump without a parent there?
Over 16s can jump alone as long as their waiver's been signed by a parent or guardian beforehand. Under 16s need a parent or guardian on site.
What's there for a non-jumping adult to do?
The café upstairs, no charge to sit there while everyone else bounces.
Is there parking?
There's a car park with over 100 spaces.
What about parties?
1.5 hours with food, drink, socks and a party host, from £18 to £21 a head, minimum 10 children. Worth knowing it's not exclusive use, other jumpers are still around.
Can I get my money back if plans change?
Bookings are non-refundable, so it's worth being sure of your slot before you pay.
