What it’s like
An 18+ drag show and bingo night out with tiered seating, add-on meals and a party package for group bookings.
This one's for the grown-ups, not the kids. It's a drag show and bingo night, standing room from £3 or seats that climb from £5 up to £20 depending on how close you want to be to the stage. Doors run late on Fridays and Saturdays (up to midnight) and wrap up earlier on Sundays if you fancy a gentler end to the weekend.
You book in advance rather than turning up on spec, and everyone in your group needs the same ticket type to sit together, which is a bit of a faff if half of you fancy standing and half want seats. Once you're in, there's a buffet add-on at £25 a head with pizza, hot scouse, vegan curry and afternoon tea options, so the food side is sorted if you want to make a night of it rather than eating beforehand. Bottomless drinks are a further £30 if you book ahead, and there's a party package at £150 per group for anyone celebrating something.
Refunds are the sting here: tickets aren't refundable unless you've bought refund insurance separately, and even swapping dates costs a flat £25 admin fee with a month's notice needed. Worth factoring in before you commit a big group to a date. On the plus side, it's card or cash for drinks, the venue is wheelchair accessible with priority seating, and carers go in free with a valid Carers ID card, up to two per general admission ticket.
It's run as a non-profit, with profits going back into LGBTQ+ charities, and they're clear about a zero tolerance policy on abuse towards the performers. If you're after a proper night out with a bit of glamour and a laugh rather than a quiet dinner, this is built for that.
