What it’s like
Sofa seats, a proper menu brought to you, and screenings tuned down for babies and toddlers.
This is the cinema where the sound gets turned down rather than up. Baby Club is for under-12-months, soft lighting and lower volume, and a hot drink with cake or popcorn is folded into the ticket. Toddler Club does the same for ages 1 to 5, though the site's clear that each ticket there actually equates to two tickets, which is worth knowing before you count heads. There's also Family Film Club in the school holidays with half-price child tickets, for the 5 to 14 crowd who can sit through a whole film without needing the lights down low.
The regular screenings are more flexible than you'd think. Babies under 12 months can come along to any U or PG film before 5pm, free, any day of the week, so you're not boxed into one club session if the timing doesn't suit. Relaxed screenings go further still, with trailers cut, lights kept low and no expectation that anyone sits still or stays quiet.
Food is the other reason people end up staying longer than planned. There's a full bar and kitchen menu, hand-prepared pizzas among them, and it comes to your seat rather than you queuing at a counter. That's a nice touch with a toddler in tow, though it does mean the bill creeps up once you've added snacks and drinks to the ticket price.
Booking isn't required but they'd rather you did, and doing it online adds a £2.50 fee per transaction, which stings a bit for something you could dodge by turning up and buying in person. Parking's sorted at the Q-Park Mailbox next door, with a 15% discount code if you book ahead, and it's open all hours. Step-free access and wheelchair spaces are at the front of every screen, with Screen 3 reached by lift.

Do we need to book ahead?
Not strictly, but they recommend it so you don't miss out. Book online and there's a £2.50 fee per transaction, which you avoid by buying in person or being a member.
Can I bring a baby to a normal film?
Under-12-months go free to any U or PG screening before 5pm, any day. No need to wait for a special club slot.
What happens at Toddler Club?
Screenings for ages 1 to 5 with the volume down and lights dimmed. A hot drink and cake or popcorn come with it, but each ticket counts as two, so factor that in when you're booking for the family.
Is there food?
A full bar and kitchen menu including hand-prepared pizzas, and it's brought to your seat rather than a queue at the counter.
What if my toddler can't sit still?
The relaxed screenings are built for that. No trailers, lights stay low, and you're free to move around and make noise.
Is it accessible?
Wheelchair spaces are at the front of every screen, Screen 3 has lift access, and CEA Card holders bring a companion free.
