What it’s like

Weekly sensory sessions for babies and toddlers, built around massage, music, textures and early signing.

This is a class, not a soft play, so don't expect slides or a café corner. The sessions are built around your baby's development stage: tummy time and massage for the tiny ones, moving up to textures, scents and visual play as they get older. There's music and rhymes running through it for early speech and language, plus sensory signing so babies can start communicating before they've got the words for it.

It covers a proper stretch of ages, from newborns right up to toddlers of 13, so the activities in the room will look quite different depending on which stage you book into. Worth being clear on which session suits your baby's age before you turn up, since a four-month-old and a toddler who's already walking need very different kit.

There's baby change on site, which matters more than it sounds when you've got a session that runs across a feed or a nappy change. It's also listed as sensory friendly, so if you've got a baby who gets overwhelmed easily, that's one less thing to worry about.
