What it’s like

Trampolines and a ninja-style assault course to burn through a wet afternoon, with toddler mornings for the smaller ones.

Two things do the heavy lifting here: trampolines and a ninja assault course, which is a decent pairing if you've got a kid who wants to bounce first and climb second. There's no soft play maze to get lost in, just those two, but that keeps the space simple to navigate with a buggy or a coffee in hand.

Pricing shifts depending on when you go. Weekdays it's £6.95 a child, but weekends and school holidays it jumps to £9.95 for a two-hour slot, adults get in for £1.50 either way. If mornings suit better, the toddler session runs 9.30 to 11.30 and comes with juice and a biscuit thrown in for £9.95, a nice touch if you're trying to fill that pre-lunch gap. No booking is needed for general admission, so you can just turn up.

Parties start at £10.95 a child off-peak and £12.95 at weekends, and that gets you a buffet, juice, ice cream, a private party room and free play, with character visits on offer if you want to push the budget further. There's also an Eat & Play deal that bundles food with your admission, which saves faffing about working out the café bill separately. The site's open from 9.30am most days, 10am on Sundays, and everything closes at 6pm.
