What it’s like
A big indoor play frame, disco room and toddler sessions with characters, all booked in advance and split into two-hour slots.
The main frame is what your kids will remember, a proper climb-and-slide structure that takes up most of the visit. There's a disco room with its own host, racing car rides to burn through, and if you time it right a Build a Bear activity to take home something from the day. Under-fours get toddler sessions with character appearances during term time, plus the Teddy Bear's Picnic on Mondays and Fridays, which is a nice touch if you've got a small one who still naps through weekend chaos.
Everything runs on a two-hour session and you'll need to book online first, no turning up on spec. Weekend and holiday prices step up from term-time rates, so a midweek morning is the cheaper option if your week allows it. Adults barely register on the price list at £1 or £2, but you won't be joining in on the equipment yourself, supervision only for the little ones.
There's a 4ft 9 inch height limit on the equipment, which catches out taller eight and nine-year-olds more than you'd expect. Food-wise, outside snacks aren't allowed except birthday cakes for pre-booked parties, and you'll need to bring your own cake and candles even then. Parking is free with 57 spaces in an enclosed car park on site, which takes one thing off your mind.
Parties come in a few tiers, from the Saver Party's stripped-back hour and a half to the VIP Disco and Superhero parties with the full works. All of them include a host, food and a couple of jugs of juice, and the birthday child on a Crazy Play Party gets a free return visit voucher. Worth knowing there are no refunds if a booked child doesn't show, and minimum numbers apply even if fewer turn up, so get a headcount before you commit.

How much does it cost?
Term-time weekday sessions are cheaper, £8.95 to £9.95 for children depending on age. Weekends and school holidays go up to £11.95 to £13.95, with adults at £1 or £2.
Do we need to book?
Yes, all play sessions need booking online in advance. There's no walking in on the day.
How long do we get?
Two hours for weekend and holiday sessions and after-school ones. Toddler sessions run two and a half hours.
What age is it suitable for?
Children up to 10 can play, but there's a height limit of 4ft 9 inches on the equipment. Taller kids under 10 might still be turned away from some of it.
Can adults go on the equipment?
Adults stay off the equipment except to supervise younger children. You're there to watch, not to climb.
Is there parking?
Free parking with 57 spaces in an enclosed car park on site.
Can we bring our own food?
Outside food and drink isn't allowed, apart from birthday cakes for pre-booked parties. You'll still need to bring your own cake and candles for those.
What's included in a party?
A dedicated host, reserved seating, hot and cold food with ice cream, and two jugs of juice. The Crazy Play Party also gives the birthday child a free return admission voucher.
What's the Saver Party?
It's the budget option, an hour and a half for £135 covering 10 kids, with extra kids at £13.50 each. You get 30 minutes play, 30 minutes for food and cake, then another 30 minutes play.
What if fewer kids turn up to a party than we booked for?
Minimum numbers still apply, so you'll pay for the booked headcount regardless. There are no refunds for children who don't attend.
Is there a toddler-specific session?
Term-time toddler sessions run with character appearances, and there's a Teddy Bear's Picnic on Mondays and Fridays.
Are they open all year?
Open every day in term time and school holidays, 9:30am to 6pm. Closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.
