What it’s like
Trampolines, ninja obstacles and inflatable challenges under one roof, with a separate soft play corner for the under-5s.
This is a jumping and climbing sort of visit rather than a sit-and-watch one. Trampolines, ninja obstacles, inflatable challenges and a RoboKeeper football challenge fill the main space, and kids aged 5 and up can go at it unsupervised while you watch from the side. Under-fives get their own multi-tiered soft play area, but you'll need to stay with them there, so don't plan on getting much of a sit down yourself.
An hour is the minimum session and honestly feels tight once you've queued for the popular bits, so the two-hour pass makes sense, the second hour is half price anyway. Under-5s pay £12 for an hour or £18 for two, everyone from 5 up pays £16 or £22. Grip socks are compulsory and it's £3 if you turn up without your own pair, worth remembering if you've been before and already own some.
You can walk in, but they're upfront that weekends and school holidays fill sessions fast, so booking ahead saves you a wasted trip. Turn up half an hour early too, since there's a waiver to sign for every participant and that's easier done online before you arrive than on your phone in the car park. A few attractions have a 1.2 metre height rule, which is fair enough for anyone's safety but worth knowing before a smaller five-year-old gets turned away from something they'd set their heart on.
There's free parking on-site, just register your car when you arrive. Kick Cafe does the food, and outside snacks aren't allowed in, VIP party bookings are the one exception to that rule.

Plan your visit
How much does it cost?
Under 5s pay £12 for an hour or £18 for two hours. Everyone 5 and over, including adults who want to jump, pays £16 or £22.
Do we need to book?
Walk-ins are welcome but weekends and school holidays fill up fast, so booking online is the safer bet.
How long should we stay?
An hour is the minimum but two hours is what most people go for, since the second hour is half price.
Is it any good for a toddler?
Under-fives get a multi-tiered soft play area of their own, but an adult needs to stay with them the whole time.
Do parents watching need a ticket?
No, spectators and adults just supervising under-5s don't need to buy one. If you want to use the equipment yourself as well, you do.
What about the grip socks?
Branded Kickair grip socks are the only ones allowed in. They're £3 if you don't already have a pair from a previous visit.
Is there parking?
Free parking on-site, you just register your vehicle number when you get there.
Can we bring our own food?
Outside food and drink isn't allowed, though VIP party bookings are an exception. Kick Cafe is on-site for everyone else.
Do we need to sign anything before we go?
A waiver is required for every participant. It's quicker to do it online before you arrive rather than at the desk.
Do you do birthday parties?
VIP parties start from £250 for 10 guests over 1.5 hours, including pizzas, drinks and a dedicated host. There's also a 2.5 hour option at £320.
