What it’s like

A small gallery selling hand-crafted pin badge collections and artwork, including Beatles and Robert Lenkiewicz pieces.

This one's more of a browse-and-buy stop than a big day out. The gallery deals in hand-crafted pin badge collections, some framed and mounted like proper artwork, alongside pieces by featured artists including Robert Lenkiewicz and a Beatles-themed set called On The Hoe. If you've got a child who collects badges or likes spotting local art, it's a nice ten-minute detour rather than an afternoon plan.

The badges aren't pocket money prices. Unframed sets start at £15, and the framed Beatles set runs to £45, so it's the kind of shop where you look with your hands behind your back rather than let a five-year-old loose. Worth knowing that if you fall for a set and want it posted anywhere outside the UK, there's a packing and postage charge on top.

It's open every day, 10.30am to 4.30pm. Given the price points and the artwork on the walls, this reads as somewhere for adults with an interest in local art or badge collecting to pop into, with kids along for the ride rather than the main audience.
