What it’s like
Three mini golf courses with cocktails and a retro arcade, open till 1am on weekends in Liverpool.
Three courses, Bozo, Pablo and Gary, each with its own daft theme, and you can play them all on an unlimited ticket if 9 holes doesn't feel like enough. There's a bar doing cocktails alongside the golf, a retro arcade with Pacman, and a photobooth for the evidence.
It's priced by the round rather than the family, which changes how you'd plan a visit here. A 9 hole ticket is £9.50 Sunday to Thursday, £11 on Friday and Saturday, but unlimited golf jumps to £12.50 midweek and £16.50 at weekends. Add two cocktails to your unlimited round and you're at £20 midweek or £30 at weekends, so that's one for the grown-ups rather than the kids.
If you're coming as a family, the family ticket at £20 (Sunday to Thursday, before 6pm) is the one to book, though the 6pm cutoff for the last golf slot means an after-tea visit is off the table on those days. Opening hours stretch late, till 1am on Friday and Saturday, which tells you this is as much a night out as a daytime one. Wednesdays are free golf for students, and Blue Light card holders can get in with two friends for £6 Sunday to Thursday.
