What it’s like

A trampoline fitness class built around choreographed jumping and dancing routines, not free bounce.

This isn't your standard trampoline park session where the kids bounce about doing their own thing. JOMBA is a class: a low-impact, high-intensity routine on the trampoline set to music, with dancing worked into the jumping. There are themed sessions too, with dressing up and colour parties, plus something called JOMBATHON, a two hour marathon of different jumping styles for anyone who wants to properly test themselves.

Classes run at 45 minutes, which feels about right for the intensity of it rather than a long open session. Sessions are dotted through the week, evenings on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, and mornings at the weekend, so you're working around a timetable rather than turning up whenever.

On price, £8 gets a first timer through the door, but if this becomes a regular thing you're looking at £13 for a single LIVE casual session, or better value with a 5 Class Pass at £40 (valid six weeks) or an 8 Class Pass at £78 (valid ten weeks). There's also an online side to it, with Zoom personal training at £30 a session and an £8 floor workout class if you'd rather do it from the living room. You do need to book ahead, there's no just turning up.

If you fancy trampolining at home in between classes, they'll hire one out for £10, though it's a two week minimum term and delivery costs come on top.
