What it’s like
Themed soft play with 30-odd zones, ball cannons and a mini city where kids play shopkeeper, vet or police officer.
Thirty-plus play zones sounds like a marketing line until you see the list: Sydney Harbour Bridge, the Northern Lights, a Wild West ball cannon zone, a penguin maze, even a bit of Italy. There's a mini city too, with a garage, a shop, a vets and a police station, which is where the under-fives tend to disappear for a good while, pretending to be grown-ups while actually avoiding bedtime by several hours. Free ride-on vehicles are included in admission, so that's not an extra you get stung for once you're inside.
Babies and toddlers get their own sensory area away from the bigger kids, which matters if you've got a six-month-old and a determined four-year-old in the same trip. Socks are needed for the soft play bits and they're £1 at reception if you forget, and it's a nut-free venue with no outside food allowed beyond baby food, so the café does the job rather than your emergency biscuit stash.
Peak sessions run two hours, off-peak stretches to all day (or three hours if it's rammed), and pricing shifts with demand, so a quiet Tuesday costs a lot less than a Saturday in the holidays. Weekend and holiday slots are worth booking ahead since walk-ins can get turned away if it's full, and there's a free membership scheme that shaves a bit off each online booking if you're likely to go more than once.
One thing to flag: this is strictly a park for the under-12s crowd on the equipment. Over-11s and adults pay a lower admission but stay on supervision duty rather than joining in on the slides, and every child needs an adult over 18 with them throughout.

Plan your visit
How much does it cost?
Peak two-hour admission is £14.50 for a 3 to 11 year old and £3.50 for an accompanying adult. Off-peak all-day pricing drops to £8.50 for a child and £2.50 for an adult, and babies under six months are just £2 to £2.50.
Do we need to book?
Walk-ins are allowed but weekends and school holidays fill up, so booking online is the safer bet. There's a free membership that also saves you a bit on each booking.
How long do we get?
Two hours at peak times. Off-peak it's all day, though that drops to three hours if the venue gets busy.
Is it any good for a baby?
There's a dedicated sensory play area for babies and toddlers, separate from the bigger kids' zones. Under-6-months admission is just £2 to £2.50.
Can teenagers play too?
Not on the equipment. Children aged 12 to 17 are not allowed on the play equipment, though the site still charges the over-11 admission rate.
What about food?
There's a café on site with vegetarian options and an allergy-aware approach. Outside food isn't allowed except baby food, and it's a nut-free venue.
Do we need our own socks?
Socks are required for the soft play areas. If you turn up without them, they're £1 at reception.
Is parking easy?
There's a free 96-space car park on site, plus hundreds more free spaces at Marine Point nearby. The on-site car park locks at 6pm, so don't dawdle at pickup time.
Can we get there by train?
New Brighton train station is less than five minutes' walk away. Exit left and walk down the hill.
Do parents have to stay and supervise?
Yes, an adult aged 18 or over needs to supervise at all times. This isn't a drop-off soft play.
Do you do birthday parties?
Party rooms are available on site for birthday bookings.
What are the opening hours?
Open daily from 9.30am to 6pm, term time and school holidays alike, with last entry timed to that 6pm close.
