What it’s like

Two hours in a multi-level soft play maze, and yes, you'll be paying to get in too - £10 for adults at the Halloween party.

The play itself is a big multi-level maze with slides and ball pits at the centre of it, and there's a separate toddler area for the smaller ones plus sensory corners for kids who need a quieter minute. It's built for ages 2 to 12, which is a wide sweep to cover, so expect the maze to be where the older ones head and the toddler bit to do the work for the twos and threes.

Sessions run for two hours on weekdays and weekends. Antislip socks are compulsory, so either bring a pair each or budget for buying them at the arena, and everyone has to register before they go in, though you can pre-register online to skip the queue at the desk. An adult over 18 has to stay in the centre the whole time, and adults pay as well. That one stings a bit if you've got two grown-ups coming, but the site's argument is that paying adults keep the place from getting mobbed.

Food is the café only. No outside food or drink, with baby food for under-1s the single exception, and that's an allergy rule rather than a money-making one. Parking isn't on site: there's a private Ringo car park about five minutes' walk away, pay-and-display on the street, or free parking at the nearby ASDA. Wheelchair access is fully available.

Parties get two hours with balloon decoration, open play and a birthday screen display. £20 a child Monday to Thursday, £25 Friday to Sunday, minimum ten children, ten adults free and £5 for each extra one after that. There's a 50% non-refundable deposit, so pick your date properly before you pay it. Photos are only allowed in the private party areas. The Halloween party on Friday 30 October 2026 runs 6pm to 8pm with trick-or-treating around the playground, and those places are limited.

Plan your visit

How much does a normal play session cost?

The site lists party packages from £20 a child on weekdays and £25 at weekends, and memberships at £50 for 30 days per child. A standard walk-in session price isn't one of the figures they publish, so ring them if you want it confirmed before you set off.

Do adults have to pay to get in?

They do, and it's the bit that catches people out. The site's reasoning is that paying adults keep the centre comfortably uncrowded, and grown-ups can join in most of the play areas.

Do we need to book?

Booking's online for sessions and events, and they ask you to pre-register online before entry, which saves the faff at the desk. Registration is how they make sure children only leave with the adults they came with.

What ages is it aimed at?

Two to twelve. The toddler area and sensory corners are the draw for the youngest end, and the multi-level maze is where the older ones will spend most of their two hours.

What should the kids wear?

Long sleeves and trousers or leggings, and antislip socks are compulsory. You can buy them at the arena if you forget, but a pair each from home is cheaper.

Can we bring our own food?

No, and it's an allergy rule rather than an upsell. Baby food for under-1s is the only exception, and the on-site café covers everyone else.

Is there parking?

There's no car park at the door. Private Ringo parking is about a five-minute walk, there's pay-and-display on the street, and the ASDA nearby is free.

How long do we get?

Two hours, weekdays and weekends. Turn up on time, because the clock starts when your session does.

Can we take photos?

Only in the private party areas, which is to keep other people's kids out of strangers' camera rolls. Worth telling your lot before someone gets told off.

Do you do birthday parties?

Two-hour packages with balloon decoration, open play and a birthday screen display. £20 a child Monday to Thursday, £25 from Friday to Sunday, minimum ten children. Ten adults come free, then it's £5 for each extra one, and there's a 50% non-refundable deposit.

Anything on for Halloween?

A party on Friday 30 October 2026, 6pm to 8pm, with trick-or-treating around the playground. Places are limited, so book early. Children are £20, adults £10.

Is it wheelchair accessible?

Fully, with accessible entry. There's accessible parking at the ASDA and Sainsbury's nearby, though you can't park at the venue itself.
