Wellbeing & Mindfulness in Edinburgh
Wellbeing in Edinburgh isn't just yoga on a Saturday morning. Out on the edge of the city, the Wellness Barn is adults-only and lets you book reflexology or a Pilates drop-in under one roof from £12, with free parking and step-free access if that matters to you. Closer to the centre, the Kadampa Meditation Centre runs drop-in meditation most days from 11am to 4pm, plus a second-Saturday Kids Club, from £20. Calm + Chaos, also central, is a proper adults-only reset with candlelit breathwork, meditation, tarot and Reiki from £65. If you want something with the children, the Kadampa centre's Kids Club is the obvious pick and the cheapest way in. For a solo hour or an evening with a partner, the Wellness Barn's drop-in Pilates or a single therapy is easier to fit round work than a full course. Calm + Chaos costs more but suits anyone after a proper slow-down rather than a quick class, and it's 18+, so leave the kids at home for that one.
