What it’s like
Learn Transcendental Meditation with instructors in Glasgow, open weekdays from 10am to 4pm.
This one's for the adults, and it's a proper commitment rather than a drop-in session. Transcendental Meditation is taught by qualified instructors here, and once you've learned it, there are ongoing meditators events you can join, though those are only open to people who've actually been instructed in the technique. If you're curious but haven't learned yet, you're steered towards an introductory talk instead, which is open to everyone.
The place runs Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm, so this isn't an evenings-and-weekends setup. You'll need to work a visit into a weekday, which suits people with flexible hours better than a typical nine-to-five.
Payment's flexible at least. You can pay online by card or PayPal, do a bank transfer, or just turn up with cash. They'll also take a booking over the phone if the online system's giving you grief, and you can book a session as a gift for someone else by popping their details in at booking.
The nicest bit of this is the honesty around cost. Some events are free, and there's a scholarship fund for anyone in financial difficulty, so money genuinely doesn't have to be the reason you miss out. Drop them an email if that's you.

What days can I visit?
