What it’s like
Weekly singing, dancing and acting classes for 4 to 18 year olds, building up to real shows and even a Warwick Castle Christmas performance.
Kids turn up week after week to work on singing, dancing and acting, then put it all together in proper productions with themes like Frozen. There's even a slot performing at the Warwick Castle Christmas Choir if your child fancies a bigger stage than the usual school hall. Early Stages classes (from age four) run 90 minutes a week, split into three half-hour chunks for each discipline. Main Stages steps that up to three hours weekly, an hour per discipline with a break in the middle, so it's a proper commitment rather than a quick after-school hobby.
You can try it out first: a two week trial costs £25 for Early Stages or £50 for Main Stages, and that deposit comes off your term fees if you stay on. After that it's £180 a term for Early Stages and £360 for Main Stages, which is a decent chunk of money for something that runs 12 weeks with no half-term break. Classes are never during school hours, with most sessions falling on weekend mornings or afternoons.
Birthday parties are also on offer, themed around knights, pirates, fairies or superheroes for younger kids aged 4 to 10, running two hours with up to 15 children per host. Older kids aged 11 to 16 get murder mystery parties instead, running two and a half hours, which feels like a proper upgrade from pass the parcel. Parents get asked to keep clear of the party room itself, just one or two adults allowed in, though everyone's invited to watch and join the last ten minutes when the children show off what they've learned.
