What it’s like
Drama and musical theatre classes for kids from age 3, with a Halloween workshop mixing dancing, aerial and crafts.
This is a drama school rather than a one-off show, so what you're signing up for is classes: Rooftots for the age 3+ crowd, then drama and musical theatre sessions as they get older. It's a term-time-and-holidays sort of setup, with intensive days and holiday workshops thrown in for when school's off and you need somewhere for a small performer to point their energy.
The Halloween workshop is the one with the most on the day itself, dancing, aerial work, crafts and games all in one session, aimed at ages 4 to 12 and priced at £27. That's a fair chunk for a single workshop, but it's a lot more than sitting in a hall doing arts and crafts, and the aerial bit is the sort of thing you don't get at every half-term club.
Parking is off Crown Street, 50p an hour and camera operated, so keep some coins or your phone handy rather than hunting for a machine. There's no mention of food on site, so it's worth treating this as a drop-off-and-collect sort of visit rather than a whole day out.
