What it’s like
Roll the new concrete plaza in Stapleford - banks, rails and a long run for skate, scooter or BMX, free entry.
Drop onto the outdoor concrete plaza at Pasture Road Recreation Ground - park and street features with bank-to-rail lines, ledges, rails and ramps built for skate, scooter, BMX, quad and inline.
Entry is free as a public park facility. Coached sessions for ages 7+ have been advertised as free on Broxtowe listings (helmets and boards provided at those sessions) - check current dates before you go.
Parking on site is limited; Broxtowe points to Stapleford Community Pavilion on Hickings Lane as an alternative. The plaza sits on a shared recreation ground, so expect other park users around you.
