What it’s like

Drop in for a dance class covering a diverse mix of styles, with pay-as-you-go, bundles or an unlimited monthly pass.

This is a dance studio rather than a soft play or a farm, so what happens depends entirely on which class you pick. The site talks up a genuinely wide spread of styles and says both Beginner and Open Level classes are built to accommodate all fitness levels, with instructors on hand to modify things if you need it. Nobody's turned away for not being flexible enough.

Money-wise, you can just turn up to a single class for £8.50, or work out whether you'll actually go regularly before committing. A 5-class bundle is £40, a 10-class bundle is £75, and both last 3 months, which is generous if life gets in the way. If you know you'll be a regular, the Unlimited Monthly Bundle at £39.99 works out cheaper than four drop-ins, and there's a concession rate of £34.99 for students, over-60s, NHS, disabled people, teachers and carers card holders.

Booking has to happen up to 7 days in advance, and it's worth knowing the cancellation window is 8 hours before your class starts. Miss that and you lose the credit, barring exceptional circumstances, so don't book a Tuesday class if your Tuesday plans are shaky. Bring a small towel and a change of clothes; there's a water refill station in reception but no food sold on site, though an ASDA Express is a minute's walk away with cafes close by too.

The building itself is step-free with a lift, has an accessible toilet and baby change, and there's free parking in a multi-storey nearby with disabled bays on the ground floor and level 6. It's open long hours, 8:30am to 10pm daily, so an evening class after work or school pick-up is entirely doable.
