What it’s like
An indoor skate park with ramps, a bowl, a foam pit and a street course for scooters, BMX, skateboards and inline skates.
This is a proper skate park, not a soft play with a slide bolted on. Kids ride ramps, drop into the bowl, work the street course obstacles or launch into the foam pit, whatever they're on wheels with, scooter, BMX, board or inline skates. Anyone over 5 can ride, but under-12s need a parent there watching, and under-18s have to wear a helmet, hire's £4 if you haven't got one.
Sessions aren't cheap if you're not a member. Two hours is £12 for a non-member, or you can pay £15 for four hours or £18 for the whole day, which is the better deal if you're making a proper trip of it. Membership at £30 a year knocks those prices down to £8, £11 and £14, so if your kid's going to be a regular it pays for itself fast. There's also a £7.50 evening session Monday to Thursday for a specific discipline, and Sunday mornings are set aside for beginners, which is the one to pick for a first go.
It's card only, so leave the coins at home, and everyone under 18 needs a disclaimer filled in by a parent before that first visit, one of those admin jobs better done before you're stood at the desk with an impatient eight-year-old. Parking's free and on-site. There's a café upstairs that looks right down over the park, so you can watch from a table with a coffee instead of freezing on the seating below, and it opens at 4pm on weekdays or 10am at weekends. Worth knowing that Club Lane is one-way and you can't get to it from the A629 Keighley Road, so check your route before you set off.

Plan your visit
How much does it cost?
Non-members pay £12 for two hours, £15 for four, or £18 for the day. Members get £8, £11 and £14 on the same tiers, and membership itself is £30 for a year.
Do we need to book?
No, you can just turn up during opening hours and pay for a session.
Is there an age limit?
Over 5s can ride with a parent supervising. Once they hit 12 they can be left unsupervised.
Do they need a helmet?
Under-18s must wear one at all times on the ramps. You can hire one on site for £4 if you don't own one.
What's the disclaimer form about?
It covers emergency contacts and medical conditions and has to be filled in by a parent before an under-18's first visit. Best done online in advance rather than at the desk.
Is there food?
There's a café upstairs overlooking the park. It opens at 4pm on weekdays and 10am at weekends, though hours shift a bit in school holidays.
What about parking?
Free parking on site. Just note Club Lane is one-way and you can't reach it from the A629 Keighley Road.
Do they do beginner sessions?
There are no formal lessons, but Sunday mornings are set aside as beginners sessions.
Can we do a birthday party there?
Evening private hire from 8pm is £100 an hour for up to 30 people, or you can book a weekend morning slot 9-11am for £150, which includes a free two-hour return voucher.
Can I pay by cash?
It's card only, so leave the coins at home.
