What it’s like
Bowling, mini golf and batting cages under one roof, plus karaoke booths for the ones too cool to bowl.
Ten pin or duck pin bowling is the obvious first stop, but it's not the whole visit. There's ice-free curling and shuffleboard for a change of pace, tech darts and air hockey for the arcade crowd, and mini golf if anyone needs a sit-down game after all that. The batting cages are probably the bit an eight-year-old brings up again at teatime.
Shoe hire's included in the bowling price, and they're relaxed about you wearing your own trainers instead, heels aside. Under 16s need an adult of 21 or over with them, which is worth knowing if an older sibling was hoping to bring a mate along solo. Walk-ins are fine but they'd rather you booked online, and they want you there fifteen minutes early to get sorted.
Food's on site through Marvin's Pizza & Chicken, with the usual pizzas, chicken and burgers, and Royal Treats covers the sundae shakes and pick n mix for afters. You don't need to book a table for general dining, just for bigger group bookings where they'd rather sort the reservation in advance.
Birthday parties start from £15 a head, which gets a game of bowling, jugs of squash, invites and party bags sorted for you. With ten pin, duck pin, curling, mini golf and the batting cages all under one roof, an afternoon here can run longer than you plan for, so build in time either side.

Plan your visit
Do we need to book ahead?
Walk-ins are welcome, but they recommend booking on the website so you don't get turned away on a busy day.
What time should we turn up?
Aim to arrive about fifteen minutes before your slot so everyone's ready to go when the lane's free.
Is it OK for younger kids?
Under 16s need to be with an adult aged 21 or over, so it's not one to drop teenagers off at alone.
Do we need our own bowling shoes?
Shoe hire's included in the price, though you can wear your own trainers if you'd rather. No heels though.
What's there to eat?
Marvin's Pizza & Chicken does the mains, pizzas, chicken and burgers, and Royal Treats covers sundae shakes and pick n mix for pudding.
How much are birthday parties?
From £15 a head, including a game of bowling, jugs of squash, invites and party bags.
