What it’s like
Two separate play frames, one for under-twos and one for the bigger climbers, with sessions capped at two hours.
There are two frames doing two different jobs. The under-twos get a gentler setup with a ball pool, a slippery slide and mirror chicanes to toddle round, while the two to twelves get the proper works: a trampoline, double slide, spinning disc, sky glides and a cannon ball shooter. That age split is the sensible bit, because nobody wants a wobbly one-year-old under a seven-year-old's feet on a sky glide.
Pricing is by how your child moves rather than a flat age band: crawlers are £3, walking toddlers under two are £4, and anyone walking over two is £5. It stings a bit for a family with two kids in different brackets, but it's not a huge outlay either way. Sessions run two hours at peak times, and staff can stretch that when it's quiet, though you shouldn't bank on it turning up on a Saturday morning.
Opening hours are tighter than a lot of soft play barns: weekdays 9am to 2:30pm, weekends just 9am to noon, with last entry an hour before closing both times. That makes it a morning outing rather than an all-day one, so plan round nap times and lunch rather than trying to fit it in after. The café does hot and cold food all day, but you can't bring your own in unless it's for allergies or a baby, which is a fair enough rule but annoying if you've packed snacks out of habit.
Birthday parties are clearly the other half of the business here, with laser lights, a foam party and a snow machine for the disco option. Party guests get 75 minutes of play and 30 minutes in the room, but everyone has to clear out once the two hours are up so the next party gets a clean slate. Long trousers and sleeves are recommended for the play frame, which is worth remembering before you leave the house.

Plan your visit
How much does it cost?
£3 for crawlers, £4 for walking toddlers under two, £5 for anyone walking who's over two.
What are the opening times?
Monday to Friday 9am to 2:30pm, weekends 9am to noon. Last entry is an hour before closing both times.
Do we need to book?
Walk-ins are fine for normal play sessions. Parties need booking with a £50 non-refundable deposit.
Is it suitable for a toddler?
There's a separate frame for under-twos with a ball pool, slippery slide and mirror chicanes, kept apart from the bigger kids' equipment.
How long can we stay?
Two hours is the cap during busy periods. Staff can let you stay longer when it's quieter, but don't count on it.
Can we bring our own food?
Only if it's for a baby or special dietary needs. Otherwise it's food from the café, which serves hot and cold options all day.
Is there parking?
Free on-site parking for up to 15 cars, with more parking around the area if that fills up.
Do you do birthday parties?
Yes, seven days a week. Standard packages start at £11 a child, with themed, disco and combo options going up to £13.
What happens when the party finishes?
Everyone has to leave. The two-hour party slot doesn't stretch into extra play time, since the room needs clearing for the next booking.
What should my child wear?
Long trousers and sleeves are recommended to cut down the risk of scrapes on the play frame.
Is it open on bank holidays?
It's closed on bank holidays.
