Kidwise After School Club & Holiday Camp in Isle of Dogs

What it’s like

After school and holiday sessions for 5 to 12 year olds, mixing sports, arts and crafts with a kidpreneur programme.

This is a after school and holiday setup for children between 5 and 12, run in Isle of Dogs near Canary Wharf. The days are split between sports activities, arts and crafts, and a kidpreneur programme, which is the bit that sets it apart from a standard after school club. It's less about sitting and colouring and more about giving kids something with a bit of structure to it.

Field trips are part of the offer too, so it's not all indoors. Coaches are DBS checked and have safeguarding training, which matters if you're leaving a five-year-old with people you've not met before. The kidpreneur angle is worth a mention on its own, it's an unusual thing to find bolted onto an after school club and probably the one your child will actually talk about at tea time.

Birthday parties run with a martial arts theme, which is a nice change from the usual soft play party format if that's what you're after. You'd need to get in touch directly for pricing and to check a date works, since there's no online booking to fall back on.
