What it’s like
Over a hundred animals, four themed villages to climb through and a treetop net park, all on card-only parking.
The animals are the headline act here, over a hundred of them across themed enclosures and walkthroughs, but it's really the four themed villages that'll eat your day. Climbing towers, tunnels, marble runs dotted through the woodland, jumping pillows outside. If you've booked the Net Park too, that's treetop jump nets, tunnels and slides, and it's the bit worth saving for the end because once they've seen it they won't want to leave for anything else.
There's an indoor playbarn as well, which they bill as the biggest soft play in west London, handy if the forecast turns on you. Booking's required, and online prices undercut walk-up by a fair bit (£16.50 against £19), so it's worth sorting before you set off rather than paying the door rate on a whim. The Net Park, Zip Trekking and High Ropes are all extras on top of admission though, not included, which can sting if you'd assumed one ticket covered everything.
Parking is £1 an hour but card only, no cash and no free bays for Blue Badge holders, which feels a bit stingy for a family attraction. Socks are compulsory on the jumping pillows and proper closed shoes on the Net Park, so flip-flops or sandals will get you turned away at that bit even if the rest of the day's fine in them.
Animal walkthroughs close at 4pm because the animals go to bed then, and everything outside shuts at dusk, so a late afternoon visit means you'll miss the animal side even if the rest stays open. Autumn brings the Pumpkin Patch from late September to early November, bundled in with entry from £20 if you fancy that on top.

Yes, a toddler day ticket covering one adult and one under-five starts from £13.50 online.
What's included in the entry price?
The animals, the four themed villages, jumping pillows and the indoor playbarn. Net Park, Zip Trekking, Speed Slides and High Ropes are paid extras on top.

There's parking on site at £1 an hour, but it's card only, no cash and no free parking even for Blue Badge holders.
What should we wear?
