What it’s like
Trampolines, e-karting, laser quest and a ninja course under one roof, with sessions timed to the minute.
Thirty four trampolines fill most of the arena, but the bit that'll get talked about in the car home is probably the e-karting or the donut-shaped dinghy slide. There's laser quest and bumper cars too, plus soft play for the smaller ones who aren't ready for the big stuff. Some attractions have height limits, so a three-year-old and a ten-year-old won't necessarily be doing the same things all afternoon.
Sessions are priced by the hour: £10.95 for one hour, £20.95 for two, with a cheaper £8 off-peak two-hour rate if your child is under 1.2m. Grip socks are compulsory and £3 if you haven't got a pair from a previous visit, which stings a little when you're already paying by the clock. You're asked to arrive 30 minutes before your slot for check-in, and everyone needs a signed waiver, parents fill it in for under-18s, so factor that into how tight your timing is.
You don't have to book, but they're upfront that the arena sells out, so if you've got your heart set on a Saturday afternoon slot it's the only way to be sure of getting in. Stay & Play is £6 if you just want the softer end of things without the full arena price. There's a café on site doing food, and if one adult wants to sit it out rather than bounce, a spectator ticket is £3.50 and gets redeemed at the diner.
Birthday parties run from £17.95 a head for the standard package up to £25.95 for the Awesome one, all including an hour in the arena, a private room, food and a host. For a toddler or a five-year-old who just wants soft play and a slide, the two-hour standard session is probably more than you need. For a ten-year-old wanting a proper go on the e-karts and laser quest, that same two hours will disappear fast.

Plan your visit
How much does it cost?
£10.95 for an hour, £20.95 for two hours standard. There's an £8 off-peak two-hour rate for under 1.2m.
Do we need to book?
You can turn up, but they warn the arena often sells out, so booking online is the safer bet if you want a specific time.
What age is it suitable for?
All ages get something out of it, but some attractions have height or age limits, so check what your child can actually do before you set expectations.
Do we need grip socks?
Yes, for the trampolines. They're £3 if you don't already have a pair from a previous visit.
What time should we arrive?
Thirty minutes before your session starts, for check-in and the waiver.
Is there a waiver to fill in?
Every guest needs one signed. Parents fill it in for anyone aged 12 to 18, though they don't have to be there on the day.
Can I just watch without bouncing?
A spectator ticket is £3.50, and it's redeemable at the diner rather than just a seat on the sidelines.
Is there food on site?
There's a café, plus the diner where spectator tickets get redeemed.
What if we've got a toddler who isn't ready for trampolines?
Stay & Play is £6 and covers the softer side of things without the full arena price.
Do you do birthday parties?
Three packages, from £17.95 to £25.95 a head, each with an hour in the arena, a private party room, food and a host.
What if we're not sure our child meets the height restrictions?
Some attractions have limits, so it's worth knowing beforehand which ones your child can actually go on.
Can we cancel if plans change?
Full refund within 24 hours of booking. After that it's a transfer or credit note rather than money back.
