This is a proper dance studio setup rather than a one-off session: nine multi-purpose studios in a building opposite Selfridges, with changing rooms, showers and a snack bar if you fancy a coffee while you wait. Kids can go for Baby Ballet, Reception classes, children's Ballet and Tap, or the more energetic street dance to disco party classes. Everything's booked as a drop-in online, so there's no long-term commitment if your seven-year-old decides after one session that tap isn't for her after all.
The birthday party option is where it gets fun for a group: a themed choreographed class led by a professional teacher, which beats another round of pass the parcel. Party prices are only given on request, and the cancellation policy is a bit unforgiving, seven days notice or you're charged in full.
Being three minutes from Bond Street station makes this an easy add-on to a day already built around the West End or Oxford Street, rather than a destination you'd plan a whole day around. Opening hours are long, from 9am to 10pm on weekdays and 9am to 8pm at weekends.
