What it’s like

A big West End stage best known for Wicked, with drinks and food you can order straight to your seat.

The main event here is the show itself, and Wicked is the one this theatre is known for. It's a proper big-stage musical experience, the sort of thing that makes a good excuse to get the kids dressed up and into town for the evening rather than just another trip to the cinema.

One nice touch from what they list is that you can get food and drinks delivered right to your seat, so you're not stuck queueing at the interval while half the show's second act gets away from you. It won't suit a squirmy toddler who needs to run about, but for a child old enough to sit through a full musical it takes the faff out of the break.

Opening hours run Tuesday to Saturday from 10am to 7.45pm, and Sunday from 10am to 3pm, which gives you a sense of matinee and evening slots without pinning down exact showtimes. Given how popular Wicked is, this isn't really a turn-up-and-see kind of venue, so build your day around the performance time rather than the other way round.
