What it’s like

Three hours of live action zombie survival across four themed zones, weapons and kit provided.

This isn't a quick laser tag blast. You get kitted out with weapons and gear, then you're pushed through four zones, The Hive, The Woods, Facility and Mill, for a full three hours of zombie survival scenarios. The site calls it adrenaline filled and pushing you to your limits, and going by the length alone, that's not just marketing talk. Three hours on your feet reacting to whatever's coming at you is a proper physical stretch.

That's the thing to weigh up before you book. Three hours is a long stint for a group that fancies a quick go, and it's worth being honest with yourselves about whether everyone's up for sustained effort rather than a short burst. It'll suit a group that wants the whole experience and treats it as the main event of the day, not a stop on the way to somewhere else.

Booking works on a £20 deposit per person, with the rest paid at the event. That deposit stings a bit if your group is large or someone drops out last minute, so it's worth having numbers firmed up before you put money down.
