What it’s like
Kids Muay Thai, kickboxing and BJJ classes, plus a free one-day trial you book by phone or email after a quick intro call.
Kids' classes cover Muay Thai, kickboxing and BJJ, and they run alongside the adult sessions, so you can train while your child does. Beginners are welcome across the board, which takes the edge off a first visit if your eight-year-old has never thrown a punch and is worried about looking silly. There are online courses too, if you'd rather your child got the basics down at home before stepping on a mat.
The faff is the intro call. You can't just turn up for your first session; you ring or email, leave your number, and they set up a call with you first. That's one extra step before anyone gets going, but it does mean somebody's actually expecting you when you walk in.
The site makes a point of no contracts and no long-term commitment, and you get one day of training free to try it. Ring or email to arrange that free day, and the intro call comes first. Doors are open 08:00 to 21:00, seven days a week.
Practicalities are thin on the ground here, so the sensible move is to ask about anything you need on that intro call, whether it's class times for your child's age or what they should wear.
Plan your visit
How much does it cost?
There's a free one-day trial to start with, and after that the site doesn't spell out prices, so ask on the intro call.
Do we need to book?
Yes, sort the intro call first. Ring or email, leave your number, and they'll arrange it before your first visit.
Do you need experience?
None. Beginners are welcome, and there's no long-term commitment either.
What can kids actually do there?
Kids Muay Thai classes, plus group sessions covering kickboxing and BJJ, and online courses if they want to practise at home.
Is there anything for adults?
Group classes for adults, kickboxing, BJJ and personal training, so you can train in the same visit.
