World of their Own

What it’s like

A themed soft play world in Harrogate with a Wild West party package, a proper café and an ice cream parlour on site.

This one leans hard into a Wild West theme, and the birthday parties are clearly where they've put the effort. The Little Outlaws party is £375 for up to 15 children as an after school special, or £450 for up to 18 children at the standard booking, with extra children at £24.95 a head. That's a private hire, not a shared session, and you get a dedicated host plus over 90 minutes of play inside the two hours.

Term time and regular visits aren't priced in what they've shared, but the school holiday events are, and they're not cheap. £19.95 for a walker aged 3 to 8, rising to £22.95 at the busier end, which stings a bit for what's essentially a soft play session even with a theme dressed round it. Tickets for the popular ones like Halloween and Christmas are limited, so if you've got your eye on a specific date it pays to sort it early rather than assume you can turn up.

Food-wise there's a Café Diner on site plus a Fairytale Ice Cream Parlour, so you're not relying on a vending machine or a soggy packed lunch. For parties there's the added extras too, sweet cones at £2.95, low sugar party bags at £4.95, and a balloon stack for £55 if you want the room looking the part.

A £150 deposit secures a birthday booking, which is standard enough but worth having spare cash for on top of the headline party price. Minimum age here is 3.
