What it’s like
Adults-only outdoor games day of combat archery, bubble football and axe throwing, with kids strictly barred even as spectators.
This one's for the grown-ups, and they mean it. Combat archery with inflatable bunkers, bubble football, axe throwing and a run of inflatable courses and obstacles, all outdoors and all for over-18s only. No children on site at all, not even watching from the sidelines, which the site puts down to the equipment being genuinely unsuitable for kids around.
A session runs 1.5 to 3 hours depending on how many of you turn up, with a visit overall coming in at 2-3 hours once you factor in getting started and finishing up. Eight people is about 1.5 hours, seventeen plus and you're looking at the full 3. Socks and trainers are compulsory for everyone taking part, and since it's all outdoors you'll want to dress for whatever's forecast rather than what you fancy wearing.
At £45 a head it's not a cheap Saturday, and there's a £50 non-refundable deposit to lock in your slot with the balance due six weeks before you go, so this suits a group that's already committed rather than a maybe-we-will crowd. Spectators can come along for £5 each, capped at four per group and paid upfront, though they're not allowed to drink while they're there, which feels like an odd rule to explain to a mate who just wants to watch you get pelted with foam arrows.
Birthday parties get nine outdoor games and a prize for whoever wins, which is a nice touch if you're organising a stag do or a milestone birthday rather than a family outing. Gales and genuinely severe weather can force a cancellation, decided 24 hours out, with a full refund if it comes to that.

Plan your visit
How much does it cost?
£45 per person to take part. Spectators pay £5 each, up to four per group.
Can kids come along, even just to watch?
No under-18s on site at all, participating or spectating. The site says the equipment makes it unsafe for children.
Do we need to book in advance?
Yes, and you'll need to put down a £50 non-refundable deposit to secure your slot. The balance is due six weeks before the date.
How long does a session last?
Between 1.5 and 3 hours depending on group size. A group of 8 takes about 1.5 hours, 17 or more takes the full 3.
What do we need to bring or wear?
Socks and trainers are required to use the equipment. Everything's outdoors, so dress for the weather rather than the occasion.
What if the weather's bad?
Severe weather like gales can force a cancellation, with the call made 24 hours before your slot. You'll get a full refund if that happens.
Can we book it for a birthday?
Parties get nine outdoor games and the winner takes home a free prize.
