What it’s like
Rock climbing, tomahawk throwing and archery on one site, with hiking trails if you want a quieter afternoon.
This is the one where your kids come home saying they threw a tomahawk at a target and nobody stopped them. It sits alongside archery and rock climbing for beginners right up to the ones who've done it before, plus bushcraft and survival skills if you fancy a session that's less about adrenaline and more about fire and knots.
There are guided and self-guided hiking trails too, which is handy if you've got a mix of ages or energy levels in the same group. Not every kid wants to climb a wall first thing, and having a trail to wander instead means nobody's stuck watching from the sidelines.
Group bookings are catered for, and there are party rooms and indoor seating for when everyone needs to sit down and eat their own body weight in snacks. Outdoor play is on offer as well, so it's not all structured sessions if the little ones just want to run about between activities.
The tomahawk throwing is the bit that'll get talked about at school on Monday. Archery and climbing are the safer bets for filling a whole afternoon without anyone getting bored, and bushcraft is worth saving for a group that's happy to slow down for an hour.
