What it’s like

Antenatal and baby classes in Park Circus, plus feeding support and mental health help for new parents.

This is a course of antenatal and baby classes built for you and your birth partner, run from a lovely listed building in Park Circus. Your booking covers two people, and you can bring a friend or family member along instead if that suits you better. Beyond the birth prep, there's infant feeding support, maternal mental health support and postnatal provision, so the relationship doesn't stop once the baby arrives.

If getting out to a class feels like too much, home visits are on offer within 15 miles of the city centre, tailored to whatever topics you actually want covered. That flexibility is the strongest part of this, since new parents rarely fit neatly into a fixed timetable.

One thing to flag: it's a listed building with no ramp access, so if that's a barrier for you it's worth getting in touch directly to sort out how to make it work. On the practical side, parking is free on-street and free at weekends, which takes one worry off the list.

Cancellations are handled fairly generously too. You get a full refund up to 21 days before the course starts, 50% after that, and courses can be transferred to another date or swapped for a one to one session if the timing goes wrong.
