What it’s like
Bumper lanes, laser tag and karaoke under one roof, with a party package that comes with pizza and a goody bag.
Bowling's the main event here, 26 lanes with lighter balls and bumpers so a four-year-old can actually knock a few down. Up to six can bowl on one lane, which suits a birthday group or a mixed-age family without anyone hogging the ball. Reckon on about 10 minutes a person per game, so a group of four or five is looking at an hour or so once everyone's had their turns.
Beyond the lanes there's laser tag, karaoke rooms, escape rooms, interactive darts, plus pool and arcade machines if the kids want a change of pace between frames. It's the sort of place you can build a whole afternoon around without leaving the building, which is handy on a grim Nottingham Sunday.
A single online game starts at £9.95, though it moves about with demand so don't be surprised if a Saturday night costs more than a Tuesday morning. Laser tag is £36 for half an hour, karaoke £25, escape rooms from £13.50 and interactive darts £10, so if you're mixing activities the bill adds up fast. Birthday parties for ages 4-13 are £13.99 a child and get you two hours including bowling, pizza, squash, dancing, balloon modelling and a goody bag, running Saturday and Sunday mornings from 10am to noon.
Food covers pizzas, loaded fries, burgers and cocktails for the grown-ups, and parking on site is free. You can walk in without booking, but at weekends, evenings and school holidays they'd rather you booked online so you're not left waiting for a lane.
