What it’s like
Free toddler group with live piano on Fridays, plus a quiet play corner in church any day of the week.
If you've got a baby or toddler and Friday mornings feel like they need a plan, Little Prints is worth knowing about. It runs term time only, 10:30 to 12, and it's not just toys in a corner: there's singing with live piano, a Godly Play session once a month, and a health and wellbeing bit once a month too. All free, all drop-in, no need to book ahead.
Outside of that, there's the Play and Pray area inside the church itself, which is there during Sunday Mass but also open through the week if you fancy popping in with the kids on a random Tuesday. It's aimed squarely at the very young, nought to four, so don't expect much for a school-age sibling tagging along. Baby change and step-free access are both there, which matters more than people think when you're juggling a buggy and a toddler who's decided to go boneless.
This isn't a soft play or an attraction with a big ticket item to save for last. It's a calm, free space for small kids to potter about, with a café on site if you need a coffee afterwards. If your week revolves around nap times and you're after somewhere low-key and unhurried, this fits that gap better than somewhere you have to plan a whole outing around.

Need to know
- Best for
- 0 to 4, babies and toddlers rather than older kids

How much does it cost?
Nothing. Both Little Prints and the Play and Pray area are free.
Do we need to book?
No booking mentioned anywhere, just turn up on the day.
What age is it actually for?
Nought to four. Older siblings won't find much aimed at them here.

Can we just drop in during the week?
The Play and Pray area is open through the week for anyone who wants to pop in, not just on Sundays.
Is there anywhere to change a nappy or grab a drink?
There's baby change on site and a café, plus step-free access if you're wrangling a buggy.
