What it’s like
Weekly dance, drama and singing classes for kids, with a free taster session before you commit to anything.
This is a weekly performing arts class, not a one-off outing. Kids join a group in their own age band and work through dance, drama and singing together, building towards an annual summer showcase that the site talks up as the big moment of the year.
Every child gets a free taster session first, and it stays free whatever you decide afterwards. That's a genuinely low-risk way in if your kid has never done a drama class and you are not sure it will land. They can even bring a friend along to the taster, as long as the friend's booked in too.
Parents are not allowed into the classes themselves after the taster, which is worth knowing before you plan your afternoon around waiting in the room next door. There's a dress code to sort out too: comfortable kit with no jewellery, tights, dresses or denim for the taster, and once they're properly enrolled the only compulsory buy is the Razzamataz T shirt, worn with plain black bottoms and plain black trainers or pumps.
Term fees vary and get listed school by school, but there's a direct debit option that splits the cost into monthly chunks rather than one big bill. Taster sessions run most weeks in term time, though the wait can stretch out near end of term or close to the showcase, so book ahead rather than expecting a same-week slot.
