Smash rooms, a car you get to demolish and paint-splatter walls for birthday parties in Norwich, minimum age 6.
This one's all about the smashing, literally. You go into a rage room and destroy objects with proper tools, there's a paint splatter room where you get to fling paint at the walls, and if you fancy something bigger there's a car you can take apart with up to five people. It's daft, loud fun rather than anything educational, which is exactly the point.
Kids need to be 6 or over to take part, so this isn't one for the toddler crowd, but from six upwards it works as a proper birthday do. Parties start at £25 a head with a minimum of 10 people, and they can handle groups up to 40, which makes it a decent option if you've got a big class of six-year-olds to entertain. Booking's essential rather than a nice-to-have, you can't just turn up and start smashing things.
Opening hours are Thursday to Sunday, 11am to 7pm on the first three days and till 5pm on Sunday, so it's not somewhere you can pop into midweek. The car smashing bit is capped at five people, so if that's the part your group is most excited about, you will want to book with that number in mind rather than turning up as a bigger crowd expecting to all get a go.
