What it’s like
An 18+ games bar in Brighton with axe throwing, shuffleboard, karaoke and a rage room for letting out the day's frustrations.
This one's for the grown-ups. Under 18s aren't allowed in after 8pm, and the rage room and axe throwing sessions are strictly for over-18s only, so it's an evening-out venue rather than a family stop.
Once you're in, there's a proper spread of things to do: arcade games, beer pong, shuffleboard, darts, and karaoke if you fancy embarrassing yourselves as a group. The axe throwing is the bit people will talk about afterwards, though they're firm that you shouldn't have been drinking beforehand if you're booked in for that or the rage room, which makes sense when you think about what's in your hand.
It works well as a group booking, whether that's a birthday or just a few of you looking for something more interesting than another pub crawl. There are party rooms on site too, and on-site food.
Book ahead if axe throwing or the rage room is the plan, since those sound like they run as timed sessions rather than a wander-in-and-have-a-go setup.

Can kids come along?
No under 18s are allowed in after 8pm, and the axe throwing and rage room sessions are 18+ only regardless of the time. This is really an adults' venue.
Do we need to book?
There's a booking link for sessions, which makes sense given axe throwing and the rage room are run as timed activities.
Can we drink before axe throwing or the rage room?
They're strict that you mustn't have had alcohol before either of those sessions.
Is it good for a group booking or birthday?
They've got party rooms and take group bookings, so it works well as a night out for a group or a birthday do.
Is there food?
There's on-site food, so you don't need to leave for dinner if you're making an evening of it.
