What it’s like
An 18+ theatre in Brighton with adult acting classes and a full year of productions.
This one's for the grown-ups. New Venture Theatre is an over-18s venue, so leave the kids with a sitter and treat yourself to an evening out instead. They run theatre productions throughout the year, so there's usually something on the schedule whatever month you look.
If you fancy more than just watching, they also run acting classes for adults. It's a nice way to actually do something rather than just sit in the dark for two hours, and it means the place has a life beyond the shows themselves.
Step free access is listed, so getting in and finding your seat shouldn't be a struggle if you're using a wheelchair or just don't fancy stairs.
