Little Foragers Forest School Limited

What it’s like

Outdoor forest school sessions in Bromley for ages one to ten, with birthday parties held outside on Saturday afternoons.

This is outdoor learning through and through, no walls, no ceiling, just whatever the woods throw at you that day. Sessions are built for ages one to ten, so you'll get toddlers pottering about alongside older kids old enough to do proper den-building or mini-beast hunting without you hovering. Booking's required for everything here, there's no just turning up on the day.

Sessions start from £4, which is easy enough on the wallet for a regular outdoor fix. There's no on-site parking, but free roadside parking nearby means you're not stung for a pay and display before you've even got your wellies on.

If you're thinking about a birthday, they run two-hour party sessions on Saturday afternoons from 1:30pm to 3:30pm, with venue hire starting at £250. Food's on you though, you'll need to bring it in yourself, so factor that into the party planning.

For under-fives especially, this kind of unstructured outdoor time is hard to come by elsewhere, and at the older end of ten it's probably still just about right before kids want something a bit more independent.
