What it’s like
An hour of trampolines, a foam pit and a ninja assault course, with a toddler-only bounce for the under-fives.
Open jump gets you the full arena: trampolines, a foam pit, a climbing wall, the Ninja Assault Course, an airbag area for the kids who fancy themselves as gymnasts, plus dodgeball and disco sessions thrown in with no extra charge. It's an hour a session, which for most kids under about ten is roughly the right dose before energy turns to grumpiness.
Under-fives get their own Toddler Bounce rather than the main arena, since they're not allowed on the climbing wall or the Ninja Assault Course. That session runs unlimited in school holidays but is shorter in term time, so if you're going on a random Tuesday in March, don't expect the same free run as in August. Toddler admission is £5 in the holidays and an adult goes in for £4 in term time, while open jump for a child aged six and up is £10, with an adult joining an under-5 for £11 and a carer for £6.
Grip socks aren't included, which stings a bit when you're already paying admission, but at £1.50 a pair they're a one-off cost since you can reuse the same pair on future visits. There's a café on site doing hotdogs, pizza and the usual crisps and drinks, so you're not stuck relying on vending machines. Walk-ups are welcome, though they're upfront that booking online is the safer bet since sessions fill up, and they want you there about half an hour early to get through the booking process.
Birthday parties run from £15.95 a head, minimum ten and maximum twenty, and that price covers an hour of jump time, the party room, buffet food, drinks, grip socks and a voucher for the birthday child. It's not a cheap party option but it is fairly complete.

How much does it cost?
Open jump is £10 for a child aged 6 and up. An adult jumping alongside an under-5 pays £11, and a carer who's just watching pays £6.
Do we need to book?
Walk-ups are welcome, but they recommend booking online since sessions fill up fast. Turn up about 30 minutes early either way to get through the booking process.
Is it any good for a toddler?
There's a dedicated Toddler Bounce session for under-5s, since they're not allowed on the climbing wall or Ninja Assault Course. It's unlimited in school holidays but runs to a limited time in term time.
Do we need our own socks?
You need grip socks and they're not included in admission. They're £1.50 a pair on arrival, and you can keep and reuse them next time.
How long do we get?
Standard open jump sessions run for 60 minutes. Other session types, like Toddler Bounce, vary in length.
What's there to eat?
There's a café on site doing hot and cold food, including hotdogs, pizza, cakes, crisps and drinks.
What are the opening hours?
Monday to Thursday and Sunday it's 10am to 8pm. Friday and Saturday it stays open until 9pm.
Can you do a birthday party there?
Yes, parties start at £15.95 per person for groups of 10 to 20. That includes an hour of jump time, a party room, buffet food, drinks, grip socks and a voucher for the birthday child.
Is there anything for younger children in the main arena?
Under-5s can join open jump with an adult, but they're restricted from the climbing wall and Ninja Assault Course, which is why the separate Toddler Bounce session exists.
Can we get a refund if we can't make it?
Online bookings are non-refundable within 7 days of the session, unless Jumparooz doesn't hold up their end of the booking agreement.
