What it’s like

Dual-level indoor karting for over-8s, plus VR racing and a motion-seat sim rig for when you're waiting your turn.

This one's for the eight-plus crowd who've outgrown the pedal karts at the farm park. The main track is dual-level indoor karting, so there's an actual gradient and some proper corners to think about, not just a flat oval. Sessions run 30 minutes, which is enough for a first-timer to go from cautious to cocky without wearing you out watching from the sidelines.

If you've got more than one kid and only one wants to drive, the VR racing and the sim rig with motion seats and a triple screen setup give the others something better than a bench to sit on. It's a good way to fill the gap between sessions rather than standing around bored.

Booking's required, and there's no link to grab a slot instantly. Parking's easy enough, two hours free right outside, which should cover a single session with time to spare either side. The café's on site but the site itself flags it is not always open, so don't build your visit around a sit-down lunch there.

Birthday parties get their own packages, karting, VR, or both, with food add-ons like chicken burgers, beef burgers or pizza with fries and a drink. It's £29 to start, which feels like the right ballpark for something this hands-on rather than a soft play afternoon.
