What it’s like
Days of archery, parkour and 4G football for school-age kids, split into age groups so a Reception four-year-old isn't dodging Year 6 elbows.
A standard day runs 9am to 3.30pm and covers proper stuff, archery, parkour, dance, coding, rugby and a session on the 4G astro pitch. The activities change day to day across the holiday so a whole week doesn't mean the same crafts on repeat, which is the sort of detail that matters more to a nine-year-old than it sounds.
Kids get grouped by age rather than left to fend for themselves: MINIs for Reception, JNRs for Years 1 and 2, SNRs for Years 3 to 6, and an XTRA group as well. If your child doesn't know anyone there, staff pair them with a buddy at check-in, which is one less thing to worry about at drop-off.
The standard day is £37.95. You can add early drop-off from 8am for £5.50, which includes breakfast, or late pick-up to 5.30pm for £6 with a snack thrown in, so a full working day either side is covered if you need it. Lunch is on you though, and it has to be nut and sesame-free, no exceptions, and staff won't apply sunscreen so that's a job for the morning at home. Booking single days is fine, you don't have to commit to the whole week, and there's a 10% discount if you're booking for siblings too.
Birthday parties are on offer from £115 for groups of ten or more, with three craft activities, a party game, a medal, certificate and party bags thrown in and the birthday child going free, but they're booked solid until Summer 2026 so that particular plan needs to go in the diary early. Cancelling your booked days needs four weeks' written notice and there's a £4 admin fee even then, so it's worth being fairly sure before you pay.

What does a standard day cost?
£37.95 for 9am to 3.30pm. Early drop-off from 8am with breakfast is £5.50 extra, and late pick-up to 5.30pm with a snack is £6.
How are the kids grouped by age?
MINIs is for Reception, JNRs covers Years 1 and 2, SNRs is Years 3 to 6, and there's an XTRA group too. A four-year-old is fine as long as they're in Reception.
Can we book just a single day rather than a whole week?
You can book as few or as many days as suit you, there's no minimum.
Is lunch provided?
Bring a packed lunch, snack and drink, and it needs to be nut and sesame-free. HAF families get lunch provided.
What if my child doesn't know anyone at camp?
They're given a buddy at check-in if they haven't got a friend attending. Staff try to group requested friends together if they're a similar age.
What happens if we need to cancel?
They want four weeks' written notice for a full refund, minus a £4 admin fee. Anything less than that is treated as an amendment and needs at least 14 days, subject to availability.
Can we book a birthday party there?
Parties start at £115 for ten or more kids and include three craft activities, a game, a medal, certificate and party bags, with the birthday child going free. They're fully booked until Summer 2026 though.
Is there support for children with SEND?
There's a section on the Safety Form to flag SEND needs when you book.
